Take an online survey: Participants needed for public health research

Submitted by Anna Biggins

Thank you for your interest in this research. The mission of the Flint Hills Wellness Coalition, or FHWC, is to create a healthy, equitable community for our residents through policy, systems, environmental and personal change. The coalition works to fulfill its mission in a variety of ways with one of those being working with Kansas State University students who have an interest in public health and social change. A Master of Public Health student is working with the FHWC to design a health campaign focused on taking steps to make Manhattan the first dementia-friendly community in the state of Kansas.

This research study examines perceptions of dementia and dementia-friendly communities. The information will help the FHWC design and implement a health campaign. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and live or work in Riley County. The online survey is completely voluntary and anonymous.

Take the online survey by clicking here.

This study has been reviewed by the K-State Institutional Review Board and received approval No. 10623.
