Reminder: Dean of K-State Libraries candidate open forum today

Submitted by Office of the Provost

Dean of K-State Libraries candidate Leo Lo, associate dean for learning, undergraduate services and Commonwealth Campus Libraries at Pennsylvania State University, will virtually present an open forum from 1-2 p.m. today, Thursday, April 15.

K-Staters are encouraged to participate in the virtual open forum and Q&A session, "Leading an academic research library at a 21st-century land-grant university: Opportunities and challenges in a changing world." Search committee chair, Mary Tolar, will moderate today's virtual open forum. Questions for the candidate may be submitted in advance via email to Tolar at mtolar@k-state.edu or asked live during each virtual open forum using the chat feature.

The virtual open forum may be accessed through the Office of the Provost search website. For those unable to participate live, the virtual open forum will be archived on the provost's search website. Application materials, itinerary and online feedback survey is also available on that website. Please be prepared to enter your K-State eID and password to access the information. The feedback survey will close at 5 p.m. two days following each candidate's virtual interview and the presentation will be removed from the website at that time.

Oral or written feedback on the candidates may also be directed to members of the search committee. Please provide feedback no later than Thursday, April 22.
