Medicare Basics for Boomers and Beyond workshop April 4
Are you approaching 65 years of age? Do you assist your parents with medical issues? Does the word Medicare send a shiver down your spine? Are you confused about your options and what to expect once your insurance changes?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then an upcoming Medicare basics workshop is for you. This unbiased and free class will help you gain the knowledge you need to make informed decisions.
Jennifer Wilson, Riley County extension agent and Senior Health Insurance Counseling For Kansas partner will present Medicare Basics for Boomers and Beyond from 6–8 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at the Alumni Center Ballroom.
This is an event through the university's Division of Human Resources. There is no charge to participants, but registration is necessary to ensure adequate seating and materials. Spouses and guests of employees are welcome to attend. If you plan to bring a non-employee spouse or guest, please email training@k-state.edu with their name to ensure a proper count, in addition to registering yourself.
