Archaeologist presents at Plains Anthropological Conference
Donna C. Roper, research associate professor in sociology, anthropology and social work, made several presentations at the recent Plains Anthropological Conference in Tucson, Ariz.
Roper presented two singly-authored papers, "Current Investigations of Upper Republican Sites in the Red Willow Creek Valley, Nebraska" and "Examining Poittery's Role in Central Plains Tradition Foodways." She also was the second author of "Ceramic Residue Dates: Dates on Food or A Reservoir Conundrum?"
