2021 Undergraduate Research Showcase content still available for viewing

Staff from the Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative Inquiry thank everyone who attended the virtual 2021 Undergraduate Research Showcase.
The event was organized to highlight and celebrate undergraduate research happening across campus. The public portion of the event occurred April 20-22 and was hosted on the Symposium platform by ForagerOne. During the event, anyone with the link to the event was able to view content. Any visitor with an email address was able to leave a comment on a student page following a sign-up process.
Ninety-seven students shared their research through abstract, poster and video format. Student research showcased during this event was conducted under faculty in the colleges of Agriculture; Architecture, Planning & Design; Arts and Sciences; Education; Engineering; Health and Human Sciences; and Veterinary Medicine.
A total of 1,315 people visited the event with 127 officially signing up for the event. The number of comments posted on student pages was 719. The analytics for the event recorded 7,216 unique presentation views and 158 hours of engagement by participants. Thank you to the undergraduate students and research mentors for their hard work and for helping make the event a success.
