Coordinators invite you to join the 2021 Wildcat Dialogues Planning Committee
Coordinators Tamara Bauer and Debra Bolton invite you to join the 2021 Wildcat Dialogues Planning Committee.
Wildcat Dialogues, an intercultural leadership experience for first-year students at Kansas State University, has opportunities for you to join the planning committee or to serve as a small group facilitator.
Wildcat Dialogues, sponsored by the Staley School of Leadership Studies, Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs, and the Student Governing Association, bring together all first-year K-State students for an evening of deliberate conversation to build intentional connections for intercultural learning and equitably represented leadership development. The event will be scheduled for early fall.
Wildcat Dialogues begins its fourth year and would not be possible without the collaboration of many campus partners and students. If you are interested in being part of Wildcat Dialogues we invite you to join in the following capacities:
Serve on the planning committee — composed of faculty, staff and students — that meets to organize and promote the event, and recruit and train small group facilitators. Meetings will be virtual June-September.
Volunteer to serve as a small group dialogue facilitator — training provided.
Once we gather a committee, we look for planning meetings to begin in late June. If you want to be part of this exciting work toward equity and belonging at K-State, please email Tamara Bauer at tamara@k-state.edu or Debra Bolton at dbolton@k-state.edu if you are interested in being part of Wildcat Dialogues or if you have any questions.
