Khosla serves as senior systems analyst in Office of Institutional Research and Assessment
On July 1, Reena Khosla, a highly experienced database expert and data warehouse architect, began serving as senior systems analyst in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.
Khosla joins the team with rich knowledge and real-life skills about the database structure, data warehouse design and analytical needs in higher education. She serves as a member of the core data warehouse team comprised of key IT and Office of Institutional Research and Assessment staff members and is working on initiating K-State's new data warehouse project.
Before joining K-State, Khosla was the senior BI/data warehouse developer analyst for Colorado State University's Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness.
Khosla earned a master's degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.
The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment was formally established in October 2019 by combining the former offices of Planning and Analysis, and Assessment, and is currently comprised of two primary functional teams: Reporting and Analytics and Assessment of Student Learning.
