Geology guest lecture Friday

Pamela D. Kempton, head of research and deputy director of the Science
Natural Environment Research Council in the U.K., is presenting a guest lecture at 3 p.m. Friday in 213 Thompson Hall.
Kempton's lecture is titled "Lower Crustal Xenoliths from Jurassic Kimberlite Diatremes, Upper Michigan Peninsula: Isotopic Evidence for Modification of an Archean Craton by Proterozoic Orogenesis and Plume Magmatism."
