Sociology program now accepting applications for undergraduate, graduate programs
The sociology program at K-State is now accepting applications for its five-year Bachelor of Arts/Master of Arts, Master of Arts and doctoral programs.
The mission in all our programs is to provide the highest-quality graduate training for students interested in becoming teachers and scholars in academia or seeking applied research careers in governmental, nonprofit or private industry organizations. Regardless of the program chosen, our small student/faculty ratio allows graduate students to enjoy a high level of contact with faculty members. These close mentorships yield fruitful results; our graduate students have won a variety of awards and they consistently author or co-author scholarly publications with our highly productive research faculty.
