Tech CEO Michelle Munson to speak on campus March 4
Michelle Munson, CEO and co-founder of Eluvio, will host an informal discussion with students and faculty at 3 p.m. Friday, March 4, in 1109 Engineering Hall.
Munson, a 1996 graduate in electrical engineering and physics, will share her story of growing up in rural Kansas to the creation of Eluvio, a global platform service that enables just-in-time, low-latency content distribution, monetization and asset servicing directly to consumers. She will focus on innovation and web 3.0, the next generation of the internet that focuses on decentralization.
Munson holds 12 U.S. patents and is a frequent speaker in the areas of content networking, machine learning, blockchain and cloud infrastructure. She lives in Berkeley, California, with her husband and two sons.
