Adulting 101: Self-Care for Young Professionals today
The Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being and the K-State Career Center will host the final session of Adulting 101: Graduate Edition at 3:30 p.m. today, April 21. Adam Carr, project administrator for the Division of Multicultural Student Affairs, will present “Self-Care for Young Professionals.” Attendees will explore the importance of addressing mental health by recognizing its scope and impact, especially for new graduates as they navigate the workplace. The session will be in the Davis Theater in the Berney Family Welcome Center.
Although this semester’s sessions are designed to prepare graduating or outgoing students for their first professional career following the completion of their degree, all students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
