Engineering faculty, graduate students take part in American Concrete Institute Spring Convention
K-State College of Engineering professors and graduate students recently took part in the American Concrete Institute Spring Convention, April 14-17, in Minneapolis, Minn.
Kimberly Kramer, associate professor in architectural engineering and construction science, served as a session moderator. Hayder Rasheed, professor in civil engineering, presented a paper, as did Kyle Riding, assistant professor in civil engineering.
Riding was also awarded the American Concrete Institute Young Member Award for professional achievement and served as a session moderator.
Ahmed Al-Rahmani, Feraidon Ataie and Mohammadreza Mirzahosseini, all graduate students in civil engineering, each presented papers at the convention.
