Ritter joins Human Capital Services as compensation and organizational effectiveness manager

Marci Ritter has joined Human Capital Services as compensation and organizational effectiveness manager.
Ritter leads the administration and day-to-day operations of the compensation and organizational effectiveness team. She works with HCS and university leadership to provide direction in matters related to compensation and organizational effectiveness while facilitating improvements to service offerings and processes. Ritter began in her new role on June 27.
Ritter has served the last 10 years with K-State Global Campus as the executive assistant to the dean and administrative consultant. In that role, she was responsible for managing staff positions, searches and onboarding, personnel actions and the performance review process. She provided strategic direction for the organizational structure, leveraging strong partnerships with HCS to accomplish unit goals. She is excited to continue to serve the university in its organizational planning and to further develop and leverage the university compensation philosophy and structure in support of K-State personnel.
Ritter earned her Bachelor of Science in interior design at K-State.
