Campus Master Plan open forum on May 28
The Campus Master Plan Open Forum will be from 1:30–2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, in the K-State Alumni Center Ballroom.
As part of K-State 2025, the university has embarked on a comprehensive update of its Campus Master Plan, which was last updated in 2004. Master planning provides a road map for growth and renewal while helping decide the best place to make capital investments. By moving forward with this planning effort at this time, the university can develop a more comprehensive approach to our future.
A Campus Master Plan Update Task Force was appointed, which includes representatives from across our campus and have worked with the Baltimore planning and architecture firm of Ayers Saint Gross to guide the planning process.
Ruth Dyer, senior vice provost for academic affairs and the chair of the Campus Master Plan Update Task Force, will present a 35-minute presentation on the Campus Master Plan. Her presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.
The K-State campus and Manhattan community are invited to attend this informational forum.
