Moms, have a new baby? Don't have time to exercise?
Engaging in physical activity after having a baby is a great way to boost your energy and relieve some stress, but life with a new baby can be so busy that it’s hard to have any time for yourself.
We are studying the effectiveness of a free workshop designed to help you fit exercise into your life. You’ll get a pedometer, individualized tips for success and the opportunity to meet other moms with new babies.
