Request a study abroad classroom presentation
The office of international programs is looking for opportunities to present and promote studying abroad to more K-State students. K-State faculty and professors are encouraged to consider scheduling a 10-15 minute presentation by a study abroad peer advisor in the fall 2013 semester.
Presentations can be tailored to emphasize particular subjects or regions upon request. In the past, presentations have been made to large entry-level classes, classes with an international focus, honors societies and other student organizations.
Study abroad offers students life-changing academic, professional and personal experiences for success in a changing world. Opportunities range in cost, length of stay, program of study, region of the world, language and more. Additionally, students can find international internships, community service projects and even teach English overseas.
If faculty, professors or anyone else interested would like to schedule a presentation for this summer or for fall 2013, email overseas@k-state.edu.
