Kansas Legislature update
This week in the Legislature, both the House and the Senate will meet full days debating bills.
The last day for non-exempt bills to be heard in both the House and Senate is Wednesday, March 29. The Legislature will be adjourned on March 30 and 31. Conference committees to iron out differences in bills that passed in different formats may meet on March 30 and 31.
The Legislature will return on Monday, April 3, for the final week of the regular 2023 Kansas Legislative Session.
