Agronomy professor gives keynote address at international soils meeting
Chuck Rice, university distinguished professor of agronomy, attended and gave the closing keynote address at the Soil Carbon Sequestration for Climate, Food Security and Ecosystem Services conference, May 26-29, in Reykjavik, Iceland.
The conference was hosted by the Soil Conservation Service of Iceland and the Agricultural University of Iceland and conducted in cooperation with several international and Icelandic institutions. The title of Rice's address was "Soil Science: Linking Science, Policy and Action."
