Campus Creek stabilization and Bayberry Lane project update

Ebert Construction began Phase 1 of the Campus Creek Stabilization and Bayberry Project last week. This phase is scheduled to be completed in mid-December. Ebert has been working on the upper end of Bayberry Lane in anticipation of the Bayberry Lane road closure scheduled for Friday, Sept. 1.

Please take note of the following schedule for the next two weeks:

Wednesday, Aug. 30

• Completion of pavement removal and grading island on North Manhattan Avenue. 
• Begin asphalt placement on Bayberry Lane and islands on North Manhattan Avenue. 

Thursday, Aug. 31

• Completion of asphalt placement on Bayberry Lane and islands on North Manhattan Avenue.  

Friday, Sept. 1

• Removal of barricades on North Manhattan Avenue. 
• Bayberry Lane closures will be set up by the end of the day. 

Monday, Sept. 4

• Labor Day holiday, no activity.  

Tuesday, Sept. 5

• Saw cutting on Bayberry Lane. 
• Pavement removal on south end.  

Wednesday, Sept. 6

• Removal of pavement on the north end of Bayberry Lane.  

Thursday, Sept. 7, and Friday, Sept. 8

• Water line work will begin.
• Pavement removal on north end of Bayberry Lane.
