Join K-State Theatre for spring 2024 auditions
Submitted by the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance
All K-State students are invited to audition for K-State Theatre's upcoming spring productions. Auditions will take place from 7-10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, in Chapman Theatre at Nichols Hall.
Featured productions include:
- "The Comedy of Errors" by William Shakespeare, directed by David Mackay, associate professor of theatre. Synopsis: After a shipwreck, twins Antipholus and Dromio search for their lost siblings in Ephesus, leading to a hilarious chain of mistaken identities and a heartwarming reunion.
- "The Wolves" by Sarah DeLappe, directed by Lindsey Edwards, senior in theatre. Synopsis: Follow a girls' indoor soccer team as they warm up, tackle life's big questions and face the challenges of adolescence with unbridled passion.
Freshmen and non-majors can choose from provided selections or prepare a monologue with a maximum time of two minutes.

- 7:30-10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, for "The Wolves."
