KAWSE hosts Girls Researching Our World workshop on March 2
The K-State Office for the Advancement of Women in Science and Engineering, or KAWSE, will host the spring 2024 GROW Workshop on Saturday, March 2.
Girls Researching Our World, or GROW, is an outreach program for middle school students designed to increase girls' interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, or STEM, disciplines. All students in grades 6-8 are welcome to attend.
This year's theme is "STEM Superheroes." Attendees will participate in a variety of hands-on activities designed by K-State faculty, staff and student organizations.
