Participate to represent your country on the global platform during International Week

The International Coordinating Council will host International Week as an opportunity to showcase cultural excellence through multiple events from Sunday, April 7, to Sunday, April 14.
Sign up to participate in your favorite events by March 17. The deadline is for all the events except for the parade.
International Week's event:
- International Fashion Show, April 7: Show your cultural attire to the audience, either solo or as a group.
- International Parade, April 8: Proudly carry your country's flag from the International Student Center to the K-State Student Union and back, posing for photos along the way. Group or individual sign-ups are welcome.
- International Dance Lessons, April 9: As an instructor, you will teach part of a dance to groups. Each instructor gets 15 minutes for one of eight dances.
- International-themed panel discussion, April 10.
- International Cultural Exhibition, April 11: Representatives will decorate a table with maps, fabrics, artifacts, etc., relevant to their countries and explain them to visitors. Sign up alone or as a group.
- International Talent Show, April 14: Every variety of talents from all around the world are showcased. You can sign up as a group or individually.
Please refer to the event flyer or Facebook for more details related to events including time and venue. Once the deadline is expired, registered participants will be contacted via email address used during sign up.
Note: All registered participants for the fashion show and talent show are required to attend two mandatory rehearsals before the actual events.
Mandatory rehearsal for fashion show:
- 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, at Forum Hall in the Union.
- 6-9 p.m. Friday, April 5, in Forum Hall at the Union.
Mandatory rehearsal for the talent show:
- 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, in Forum Hall at the Union.
- 2-5 p.m. Saturday, April 13, in Forum Hall at the Union.
