Unwind with free yoga next week and learn Noontime Yoga’s summer schedule
Noontime Yoga will be offered from 12:05-12:50 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during finals week. Monday and Wednesday will be in the International Student Center, and Tuesday will be in the McCain Auditorium lobby. View the schedule.
Noontime Yoga is free to K-State faculty, staff and students, and the Manhattan community.
More details about the locations:
- International Student Center — Look for a sign posted out front to help you know which building to enter. The multipurpose room is just off the lobby and a sign will be on the door.
- McCain Auditorium lobby — You can't miss the lobby with all of its glass walls. Enter the lobby from either side — the north door if you're coming from the Goldstein Circle or the south door across from Nichols Hall.
Noontime yoga is for all levels and abilities and is free to attend. The group's yoga leaders are volunteers from K-State and the community. All are welcome and there are no requirements to attend — just bring your own yoga mat. Show up when you can, even if you have to be a little late or need to leave a little early.
Summer schedule and location
- Noontime Yoga will be available four days a week throughout the summer. Classes will take place at the International Student Center each week, Monday through Thursday. View the summer schedule.
- Mondays will be a shortened, 30-minute fast-paced class. The class will be from 12:15-12:45 p.m.
- On Thursdays, we will practice pilates rather than yoga.

Noontime Yoga started in 2002 as a part of K-State's Campaign for Nonviolence. Many thanks to the International Student Center and McCain Auditorium for hosting the program this academic year and the leaders who donate their time and talents to continue this unique opportunity for the K-State family.
