Free yoga on campus every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Start this academic year focused on your mental and physical well-being. Noontime Yoga is for all levels and abilities and is free to attend. This volunteer-based program provides an outlet for students, staff, faculty and community members to practice yoga together in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
The group will meet throughout the fall semester from 12:05-12:50 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. View the full schedule and learn who will be leading here. Here is the gist:
- Mondays at the International Student Center.
- Tuesdays at the McCain Auditorium lobby.
- Wednesdays at the International Student Center.
What to expect during Noontime Yoga:
- Class begins at 12:05 p.m. and ends at 12:50 p.m. so that those spending their lunch hour with us have time to travel across campus.
- It's okay if you arrive late or have to leave early. Just come as you are and enter/leave quietly.
- We ask that you sign in each day and acknowledge that you've read the waiver. Preview it here.
- All are welcome. Whether you are a veteran yogi or a beginner, Noontime Yoga is a safe space where you can just be you and grow in your practice.
- Bookmark this Google Doc, as it will always have the most up-to-date schedule.
- Please bring your own yoga mat.
Yoga not only improves strength, balance and flexibility, it can also help manage stress, increase energy and lead to better sleep. The Noontime Yoga community has been going strong for 22 years and gives K-Staters a mid-day break from the stresses of class and work. The group's yoga leaders are volunteers from K-State and the community.

Noontime Yoga started in 2002 as a part of K-State's Campaign for Nonviolence. Many thanks to the International Student Center and McCain Auditorium for hosting the program this semester and to the leaders who donate their time and talents to continue this unique opportunity for the K-State family.
