Map Mondays: Workshops to explore GIS topics
The Geographic Information Systems Spatial Analysis Laboratory, or GISSAL, will host a series of hands-on GIS workshops for K-State faculty, staff and students during the spring 2025 semester.
- Automating GIS Workflows with Models — Feb. 24
- ArcGIS Pro/ArcGIS Online Integration — March 10
- Introduction to Custom Web GIS Apps — April 7
All workshops will take place from 9-11 a.m. in Room 3014A of Seaton Hall. Advanced registration is required, and each workshop is limited to 35 participants. Desktop computers will be provided, but personal laptops may also be used. If you bring a personal laptop, it must have ArcGIS Pro 3.4 installed prior to the beginning of each workshop.

GISSAL is a university core facility established in 1990 as an interdisciplinary center supporting geospatial research, learning and outreach activities. The Map Mondays workshops are co-sponsored by the department of geography and geospatial sciences and the Institute for Digital Agriculture and Advanced Analytics.
