Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Second language competency is desirable. The applicant must be committed to the principles of equal opportunity and affirmative action and have demonstrated expertise in bringing about compromise and consensus among diverse groups.  The successful candidate will value diversity in all its dimensions, and consider different cultural perspectives in solving problems in this area.
