Student life office welcomes new assistant dean
The student life office has hired Sarah Webb as assistant dean.
Webb has a Bachelor of Science in social science and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from K-State. She has experience working with students as a program manager for Academic Programs International, where she advised students studying abroad in Spain and Costa Rica. She also speaks Spanish and even spent a year teaching English in Spain before returning to K-State.
Webb has deep K-State roots, serving as a resident assistant in housing, a Wildcat Warm-up director, and as a new student services employee during her undergraduate years. She has continued to stay active on campus during the last two years as the graduate research assistant at student life while completing her master's degree.
Webb will officially begin her duties Aug. 4.
