Fialdini-Zambrano's second publication about contemporary Spanish theatre
Submitted by Rossana Fialdini-Zambrano
Rossana Fialdini-Zambrano, assistant professor of modern languages, is the author of "Women as victims in 'Heridas' by Adolfo Simón and 'Dying of love' by Diana de Paco Serrano." The article is Fialdini-Zambrano's second published work this year.
The work is part of an anthology that explores the concept of tragedy, suffering and evil in Hispanic literature, published by Verdelis, a Spanish publisher.
This article started as a paper to a conference in Spain last year, financed by a Faculty Development Award. Fialdini-Zambrano is working the subject of gender violence in Spanish theatre, particularly among women playwrights.
