Two communication sciences and disorders students win scholarships for research
Two graduate students in communication sciences and disorders were awarded scholarships at the recent state conference of the Kansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association State.
Courtney Chacon received the Margaret Byrne Sarricks Student Scholarship Award for her poster presentation "Perceptions about Pre-thickened Water: Is all Nectar the Same?"
Maria Baker received an association scholarship for her poster presentation "Prosody in Children with ASD in Narrative and Figurative Contexts."
