Oz to Oz: Australian scholar to speak on federalism

Richard Eccleston, professor and director of the University of Tasmania's Institute for the Study of Social Change, will visit Kansas State University on Nov. 14.
He will present a seminar on "The Future of Federalism in the United States and Australia: Current trends, emerging challenges, and likely implications" at 1:30 p.m. in 329 Waters Hall.
Eccleston is the author or editor of six books and more than 50 articles on comparative and international economics with an emphasis on tax policy and public finance.
