K-State KNEA-SP upcoming events, food included
K-State Kansas National Education Association Student Program, or KNEA-SP, is back in full swing. We have our first free pizza meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the Flint Hills Room of the K-State Student Union.
Come get some free pizza, a professional growth hour and enter into a chance to win a prize all while learning more about the opportunities you have available to you through the association.
We have a long-sleeved K-State KNEA-SP T-Shirt for sale for $18. If you would like to order a shirt, the order form is attached and you can bring your order form and your money to the meeting on Tuesday. We also will be collecting money and order forms until 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, in the Curriculum and Instruction Office in 261 Bluemont Hall. Be sure to let them know it is for KNEA as there are two organizations turning in order forms to 261 Bluemont Hall. Everyone who orders a shirt will be entered into a drawing to win a Chipotle gift card.
If you like fro-yo, come to Orange Leaf from 5-8pm Wednesday, Sept. 23. Part of the sales will go to the PTA Kansas Conquest of Parents and Teachers in Manhattan. Grab all your friends and get some fro-yo next Wednesday and support a great cause - our local public schools.
Read the monthly newsletter to stay up to date on what is going on in the association at K-State and across the state.
