K-State United Way prizewinner announced

Congratulations to Dennis Caffrey in the Veterinary Health Center for winning the day off with pay prize. The last prize drawing will be for the annual parking pass on the Manhattan campus at the end of November.
Did you know our local Konza United Way funds programs that:
- provided background/security checks for adults who mentor at-risk youth?
- helped provide dental services to uninsured and underinsured in 57 schools, eight nursing homes, eight Head Start programs and one center for developmentally disabled?
- assisted 92 victims of child sexual abuse with advocacy services?
