For new incoming spring 2016 students: K-State ASAP Program
For new incoming spring 2016 students: K-State is offering Think About It — an online alcohol and sexual assault prevention, or ASAP, education program that helps prepare students for the unique challenges and responsibilities of online and in person college life. It addresses issues related to healthy relationships, sexual harassment, substance use and sexual violence and provides important information regarding university policies and available resources and how to report concerning or suspicious behavior.
Based on feedback from stakeholders, there are now three different modules. Each module is updated annually and has content specifically designed for a particular student group:
- Undergraduate and graduate students — 21 and younger
- Adult learner undergraduate students — 22 and older
- Graduate students — 22 and older
It is a requirement that all incoming students — including transfer, distance and graduate students — complete this program upon enrollment at K-State. Failure to complete the program will result in a registration hold.
Students will receive an email from Campus Clarity with a unique link that will allow them to access Think About It. In addition, the program can be accessed by visiting campusclarity.com and registering with your K-State email address eid@k-state.edu.
