Kearns, Pitts receive 2016 Association of College and Research Libraries Innovation Award

Two faculty members from K-State Libraries, along with a faculty member at the University of Kansas Medical Center's library, are winners of the 2016 Association of College and Research Libraries Instruction Service Innovation award for their work on the New Literacies Alliance project.
Sara Kearns, head of undergraduate/community services at Hale Library, and Joelle Pitts, instructional design librarian at Hale Library, will join Heather Collins, assistant director of research and learning at KU Medical Center's Dykes Library, in accepting the $3,000 award at the American Library Association's annual conference in Orlando, Florida.
