Kansas National Education Association Student Program to host voter registration drive
K-State's Kansas National Education Association Student Program will host a voter registration drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, in the Bluemont Hall lobby.
All students, faculty, staff and members of the community are encouraged to come and register to vote. All political affiliations are welcome. First-time voters do not have to bring proof of citizenship with them to register, but will have to submit an electronic copy of their documents in the following weeks.
Assistance also will be provided for out of state voters who would like to register online.
