Plan to attend Faculty Exchange for Teaching Excellence workshop

The Office of Assessment has partnered with the Teaching and Learning Center to present "Teaching Critical Thinking to College Students within the Logic of One's Own Discipline," a teaching workshop is designed to examine critical thinking and how it is used in higher education.
This workshop will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at the K-State Alumni Center.
The workshop will feature a variety of speakers, including the Office of Assessment's own Fred Burrack. Additionally, Gerald Nosich, author of "Learning to Think Things Through: A Guide to Critical Thinking Across Curriculum" will present as well.
