Silver Key sophomore honorary applications open now
As a member of Silver Key sophomore honorary, you would have the opportunity to perform rewarding service work while gaining skills and experience that will make you an outstanding future campus leader. Silver Key is active in a variety of service projects that benefit both K-State and the Manhattan community, including Adopt-a-Highway and Sleep-Out for the Homeless. An important characteristic of Silver Key is that it's an ever-evolving organization. Its identity changes each year with its members, who choose projects that they deem interesting and worthwhile.
Second-semester students with a 3.0 GPA or better are encouraged to fill out an application, which is available on Silver Key's OrgSync page.
Because of recent email complications within the K-State system, we are re-opening the Silver Key application. If you have already submitted an application, you do not need to reapply. Completed applications should be submitted on OrgSync no later than midnight Sunday, Feb. 4. Make sure your email address is accurate on the application. Applications will be reviewed, and interviews for those selected will be Sunday, Feb. 11, or Tuesday, Feb. 13. Candidates selected for the interview process will be notified by email and a time and place will be set for the interview.
