Participants needed for heart imaging study
K-State researchers are recruiting participants for a study examining noninvasive ultrasound images of the heart. This one-hour, single visit study will take place at the Clinical Integrative Physiology Laboratory on the top floor of Lafene Health Center.
Participants must be between the ages of 65 and 80; a nonsmoker, free of cancer, cardiovascular disease — high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, bypass surgery — and a nondiabetic. Appointments can be made at your convenience. If you don't fall in this age range, but might know of someone else in the area who does, feel free to pass this information along.
