Wellness Week: Yawn on the Lawn
Did you know that your sleep habits have an impact on your overall wellness? Weather permitting, the Wildcat Wellness Coalition will host Yawn on the Lawn from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 10 on the Waters Hall Quad to help students learn about healthy sleep habits.
Stop by to relax on one of the mattress or hammocks, and grab an Insomnia cookie between classes.
