KAWSE presents STEM-ina: Peer support group for graduate students
Grad school takes stamina! This new event, offered by the K-State Office for the Advancement of Women in Science and Engineering, or KAWSE, is designed to help graduate students meet their peers and facilitate goal setting so that you can accomplish your to-do list.
STEM-ina gatherings are offered biweekly from 1-2:30 p.m. beginning Oct. 19, but there is no commitment to attend every session — come to the one(s) that are useful to you. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to networking and goal setting; the remaining hour will be reserved for you to make progress on those goals.
RSVPing for STEM-ina grants you access to the group's shared resources but does not commit you to attending any specific sessions. RSVP via Qualtrics. All sessions are in K-State Student Union Room 208 from 1-2:30 p.m.; snacks provided.
