Women in Business Club to host 'Boss Babes UNITE'
The Women in Business Club through Kansas State University, a registered departmental student organization, will partner with Kennedy Mounce, public relations intern at Bliss Consults & Co., to host a Q&A panel event at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, in 2047 College of Business Building on the K-State campus. A Zoom link is also available.
Several female business professionals from Manhattan and Junction City will join Anna Salas and Katie Olsen in a panel session for young females in any business-related major or minor.
Tandeep Sawhney, social media intern at Bliss Consults & Co., has partnered with Mounce and will be conducting a similar event in the Manhattan, New York, area. The Bliss Consults & Co. intern team has been working on this event since early September and have created a young entrepreneurship guide to success to guide young entrepreneurs in their business-owner journey.
The College of Business will be bustling with young females full of engaging questions to ask business owners/enthusiasts about the workforce. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the group will be required to follow proper CDC and Kansas State University guidelines.
