Self-care for stress relief
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Human Capital Services encourages you to pause and consider whether you or someone you know could use a hand. By taking away the stigma and removing the barriers to treatment, Mental Health Awareness Month serves as a reminder that help is available and accessible.
Stress is a normal response to situational pressures or demands and is a part of everyday life, but chronic stress can lead to mental health problems and medical issues.
