K-State Law Fair today in the K-State Student Union
If you have ever considered a career in the legal profession, the K-State Law Fair is for you.
The College of Arts and Sciences' pre-law program is hosting the K-State Law Fair from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. today on the second floor of the K-State Student Union. It is an opportunity to explore the study of law, the legal profession and law school requirements with representatives from around the nation.
"It's so important for students to find the school and the path that is right for them," said Daralyn Gordon Arata, K-State pre-law adviser. "The chance to talk one-on-one with experienced professionals from schools from New York, California, Washington D.C., Texas, Florida and many other states is wonderful. It gives students the freedom to explore the possibilities that are in front of them after college."
The fair is open to all students and will be a come-and-go event. Students are free to stay for a few minutes or a few hours. Representatives from 45 law schools will be on hand to answer questions.
Registration is available at the door.
Visit the College of Arts and Sciences pre-law website for a complete list of law schools that will be in attendance.
