Outstanding sociology students celebrated with awards and scholarships
The sociology and criminology programs in the department of sociology, anthropology, and social work, recently hosted their annual awards ceremony. Scholarships and awards recipients were congratulated by the faculty, family members and fellow students.
This year recipients are:
- Jonathon Dennard, Regnier Scholarship.
- Tylee Oller, Grace and Glenn W. Long Memorial Scholarship.
- Cooper Traffas, John Thurow Hill Memorial Award.
- Andrea Morales and Abigail Balla, Ralph and Barbara Dakin Memorial Scholarship.
- Nicholas Walrath, Graduate Research Award.
- Zaira Ruiz, Graduate Teaching Award.
