Get answers through Navigate Student app
Now that the semester has started, do you have questions that you need help finding the answer to? The Navigate Student app has a feature that lets you raise your hand and ask for help. You can use this "I Need Help" feature in either the desktop version or the phone app to quickly connect with a staff member on campus to get your questions answered.
The "I Need Help" button allows you to ask non-emergency questions about a number of different topic. You can ask for help with the following:
- Finding and connecting with your academic advisor
- Balancing your finances as a student
- Getting help with your financial aid
- Finding extra support related to personal issues impacting your academic performance
- Finding a tutor
- Talking to someone about health and well-being
- Learning about on-campus housing or dining options
You can submit your "I Need Help" questions by logging into the desktop version or by downloading the EAB Navigate Student app available in your provider's app store. After submitting your question, a K-State staff member from the appropriate office will reach out to you to chat and learn more about your situation within two business days. To learn more about this feature in the Navigate app, see the "I Need Help" one-pager.
While you are in the EAB Navigate Student app, check out the Study Buddies feature as well. This is a quick way to sign up to find study partners in your sections of class.
