Need to know policies: Student Code of Conduct

Submitted by Alli Coleman

As members of the K-State community, all students are expected to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, holding ourselves and each other accountable to these expectations and policies. Review the Student Code of Conduct. Instructions to report a potential violation of the code can be found under the "File a Complaint" section.

Complaints filed through the Student Code of Conduct are referred to the judicial branch of Student Governing Association. The judicial branch is composed of current undergraduate and graduate students of Kansas State University and is advised by administrators with Student Support and Accountability.

In addition, it is encouraged for all students to learn about the Student Amnesty Policy, a policy that was designed to empower students to report alcohol and other drug-related emergencies, sexual harassment, discrimination and other harassment, physical assaults, threatening behavior, incidents of hazing and other similar behavioral concerns without the concern of being punished for minor conduct infractions. More information can be found by reading the Student Amnesty Policy.

Please direct any questions related to the Student Code of Conduct to the student Attorney General, Andrew Navarro, at asnavarro310@k-state.edu, or Deputy Attorney General, Katie Albertson, at kgalbertson@k-state.edu
