Submitted by Nicole Ioerger

The diagnostic medicine and pathobiology department in the College of Veterinary Medicine and the Biosecurity Research Institute at Kansas State University are accepting applications for up to 10 undergraduate or recent Bachelor of Science graduates for fellowship positions for summer 2025.

This program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, or USDA APHIS, is designed to build technical skills and knowledge needed to work in a high-containment diagnostic, animal or insectary laboratory.

To learn more about the summer laboratory training program, please visit the website or attend the informational seminar at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, by contacting Nicole Ioerger at nicole04@bri.ksu.edu.
