Use Navigate's I Need Help feature for support with challenges
During the second half of the semester, its normal to feel busy and stressed. It's okay if things feel tough right now, but you don't need to face your challenges alone. The Navigate Student app has a feature that allows you to raise your hand and ask for help! You can use this I Need Help feature in either the desktop version or the phone app to quickly connect with a staff member on campus waiting to help.
The I Need Help button allows you to ask non-emergency questions, such as:
- Finding and connecting with your academic advisor
- Balancing your finances as a student
- Help with your financial aid
- Finding extra support related to personal issues impacting your academic performance
- Finding a tutor
- Talking to someone about health and well-being
- On-campus housing and/or dining options
After submitting your question, you'll receive a response within two business days. It's a quick and easy way to get the support that you need, when you need it. To learn more about this feature in the Navigate app, see the I Need Help one-pager.
