Player to Player Defense

Most defense in Ultimate is player to player defense (or man to man, for the pollitically incorrect). After each point, players line up across from the opposing player that they will guard for the upcomming point. Each player is responsible for only one player on the opposing team.

Marking the player with the disc

Forcing the player with the disc

Guarding the receiver
