Finishing Options:

Whether you need a simple mounted poster for a class project, an event banner, or attention-grabbing booth signs for an upcoming conference, you've found your source for signs. University Printing also offers cut vinyl lettering and dimensional letters/signs for attractive wall and window art.

Large scale posters (60-inch maximum width) for research presentations, class projects or outdoor banners with UV inks are made to order. We print on a variety of materials, including cloth, vinyl, foam boards, tac board, and a wide assortment of paper in varying thicknesses, textures, and finishes. Posters can be laminated, mounted on foam core backing and/or grommeted. X-Frame banner stands are available for purchase and are a great way to display your poster at events. The stands are light-weight, collapsible, and easy to store.

University Printing manages the bulk mail permit for Kansas State University. It also manages a non-profit permit for reduced-rate mailings. All mailings using the bulk mail or non-profit permits must be submitted through University Printing per authorization of the United States Postal Service.

Bulk mailings must meet detailed specifications and minimum quantity requirements as set by the United States Postal Service. CASS certification (address verification) is available as a stand-alone or add-on service for all mailings.
